How do I check the status of my order ?
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days for in-stock items. For Pre-order items, orders will be shipped within the time frame noted on the product listing description. You will receive tracking information thru your emails once carriers have picked up the order.
What methods of payment do you accept?
The fastest methods to process your order include all major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discovery or through Paypal Checkout. We also accept shop Pay , shop Pay installments and Apple Pay.
How do you compute the sales tax on my order/invoice?
We must collect sales tax for orders shipped within California and Florida. By law, sales tax is automatically computed on products.

Has my order been shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days for in-stock items. For Pre-order items, orders will be shipped within the time frame noted on the product listing description. You will receive tracking information thru your emails once carriers have picked up the order.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
On average, all orders usually ship within 1-3 business days after processing the order, unless it is a call-to-make orders. The standard Ground Shipping within United States is 2 to 7 business days. Hawaii shipping by freight forwarding company is 7 to 14 business days.
Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or National holidays. For bulk parts it can take 10 to 14 business days.
We currently don’t offer overnight shipping service.
What shipping companies do you use ?
Most orders are shipped using UPS, USPS. Certain products can be shipped to Hawaii via freight forwarding companies (Please contact us for more information on shipping your purchase to Hawaii.)
What should I do if a shipment is refused or undeliverable?
Any refused or undeliverable shipments will not be granted a refund under any circumstances. Returned shipments will be held until the customer pays an additional fee for the package to be re-shipped.
If a UPS shipment is in transit and an address change occurs that is through no fault of ours, an additional correction fee will be applied and is at the expense of the customer.
Return Policy
Can I return the part for credit if it turns out the item doesn’t fit ?
As long as you return a part within 30 days and is unused , without any damage or without any missing components, then you will be eligible for a credit on your return (restocking fees may apply).
What is a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number? If I return a part, how soon can I expect a refund ?
A Return Merchant Authorization Number, or RMA Number, is assigned to your return and used for tracking purposes. Within two to three business days, the RMA number(s) will be emailed along with instructions on how to return your item.
You can expect your refund within 7 days after we receive your return request. Please note that the bank may take a few days to process the credit.
Why am I being charged a restocking fee on my returned part ? How do you calculate the restocking charges?
Restocking fees are charged for any items returned for exchange that is not the result of an error on our part, mistakes, and unauthorized by our company. We go to great lengths to ensure that the item we ship is undamaged and functional.
We DO NOT offer free return shipping or provide return shipping labels unless it is under these circumstances:
Restocking fees are generally used to deal with the handling costs incurred with your return. Restocking fees are 15% of the original product retail price (before any promotional codes/discounts are applied). For FREE SHIPPING products, the restocking fee will be charged a 20% Restocking fee instead of 15%. The customer is liable for all return shipping costs. The customer's responsible for repackaging all parts with care for all returns. Restocking fees will be deducted from your refund. Additional charges will apply to the customer on top of the restocking fee if the returned item is severely damaged and missing hardware. Truck2go will provide all photos of the damaged returns to customers as a record. We highly recommend that customer purchase shipping insurance on the return packaging to protect themselves from shipping damages.
The original paid shipping cost by the customer would not be refunded for any given reason unless the defective product, damaged product, and wrong product were shipped to the customer. For all exchanges needed for the customer's reason, shipping costs will be billed to the customer before shipping out the item by our company.
