Documentation

The following forms are required in order to become a dealer.
Please submit documentation to our dealer division at Dealer@truck2go.co 

• Copy of your Business License
• California Businesses MUST submit a copy of their official Seller’s Permit, issued by the State Board of Equalization.
• California Businesses MUST submit a resale certificate. Otherwise, California sales tax will be added to your order.
• New Dealer Application  All new applicants MUST read, sign and return below documents for dealer approval. Dealer Application / MAP Agreement / Terms & Condition
