Shipping and Delivery

What shipping companies do you use? 
Most orders are shipped using UPS Ground and USPS for Continental United states and Canada. Orders are shipped using a third party freight forwarding company for Puerto Rico (PR), Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK). 

What are my shipping options? 
Truck2go.co uses designated carriers and customers are not able to change that carrier. However, customers can expedite their shipping for select products. Please refer to the part detail to see if expedited shipping is available.

"Signature Required" services are required for all purchases over $400. Original shipping and return shipping cost will be charged / refunds deducted on the customer's original order if refuse to accept the package. 

PO Box station will not hold or accept any oversize package such as Tonneau covers and Racks. We only can ship oversize items to a physical address. 

"Signature Required" services are also required for location such as Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. An email with tracking will be sent to customer on latest transit status by our third party freight forwarding company. 

 How long will it take for me to receive my order? 

On average, all orders within Continental United states and Canada usually ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days after processing the order.
The standard Ground Shipping is 2 to 7 business days and freight forwarding shipping is about 2-3 weeks.

Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or National holidays. For bulk parts it can take 10 to 14 business days..

Is combined shipping available??

All item(s) purchased in a single order will be shipped together. If you have multiple separate orders of items, we can arrange for all of your purchases to be shipped together for your convenience only after a full payment for all items is received. Please contact our customer service department at Info@truck2go.co for additional details  

Has my order been shipped? 

Once we shipped your product, you will be provided a tracking number thru provided email address when you made the purchases.

What should I do if a shipment is refused or undeliverable?
Any refused or undeliverable shipments by customers and PO Box will not be granted a refund for shipping cost (Even if the item is free shipping or discounted rates) under any circumstances. PO Box station will not hold or accept any oversize package such as Tonneau covers and Racks .Customer is liable for the 20% restocking fee ,comply to all terms from our return policy condition and return shipping cost due to refused or undeliverable shipment, it will be deducted from refunds. Returned shipments will be held until the customer pays an additional fee for the package to be re-shipped charged by UPS / Fedex / USPS / Third Party Freight Forwarding Company. If shipment is in transit and an address change occurs that is through no fault of ours, a $150.00 address fee will be applied and is at the expense of the customer.
