Shipping and Delivery

What shipping companies do you use? 
Most orders are shipped using UPS Ground and USPS for Continental United states .Orders are shipped using a third party freight forwarding company for Hawaii (HI)

What are my shipping options? 
Truck2go.co uses designated carriers and customers are not able to change that carrier. However, customers can expedite their shipping for select products. Please refer to the part detail to see if expedited shipping is available.

"Signature Required" services are required for all purchases over $400. Original shipping fees paid by customer will not be refunded /  Handling fee of $100 return shipping cost will be charged / refunds deducted on the customer's original order if refuse to accept the package or fail delivery attempts (3 times) by UPS . It is customers' responsibility to keep track of their merchandise delivery status.

PO Box station will not hold or accept any oversize package. We only can ship oversize items to a physical address. 

 How long will it take for me to receive my order? 

On average, all instock orders within Continental United states usually ship from our warehouse within 2-3 business days after processing the order. 
The standard Ground Shipping is 2 to 7 business days and freight forwarding shipping is about 2-4 weeks.

Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or National holidays. 

Is combined shipping available??

All item(s) purchased in a single order will be shipped together. If you have multiple separate orders of items, we can arrange for all of your purchases to be shipped together for your convenience only after a full payment for all items is received. Please contact our customer service department at Info@truck2go.co for additional details  

Has my order been shipped? 

Once we ship your product, you will be provided a tracking number and the provided email address when you made the purchases. Our automated system sends tracking numbers Monday through Friday by 8 pm PST.

What should I do if a shipment is refused or undeliverable?
Any refused , undeliverable shipments by customers , PO Box and failed delivery attempts by shipping carriers will not be granted a refund for orginal shipping cost (Even if the item is free shipping or discounted rates) under any circumstances. It is customers' responsibility to keep track of their merchandise delivery status.

PO Box station will not hold or accept any oversize package .Customer is liable for the restocking fee ,comply to all terms from our return policy condition and  shipping cost due to refused or undeliverable shipment, it will be deducted from refunds. Returned shipments will be held until the customer pays an additional fee for the package to be re-shipped charged by UPS / Fedex / USPS / Third Party Freight Forwarding Company. We won't be able to change your shipping address after the item has been pick up by UPS trucking. Please confirm your shipping address prior making a purchase.
