Returns / Exchange / Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, it is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (Which means without any damages or without any missing components). It must also be in the original packaging. then you will be eligible for a credit on your return .There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.(restocking fees may apply). Certain category of item has its own policy , please refer to the Restocking Fee section.
Please do not send your purchase back to our warehouse without receiving consent from our RMA Department Rma@truck2go.co
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a standard 7-10 days.
Restocking fees are charged for any items returned that are not the result of error on our part ,mistakes and unauthorized by our company. We go to great lengths to assure that the item we ship is undamaged and functional .
Restocking fees are generally used to deal with the handling costs incurred with your return. Restocking fees are 10% of the actual product price , any shipping costs incurred for the items being returned will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser as well. Returns must be in resalable condition in order to receive a full refund. Please follow below guideline for which certain category of product has a different return policy and restocking fees.

Manufacture Defects and Shipping Damage
We go to great lengths to assure that the item we ship is undamaged and functional .As we have replacement parts for certain items , certain damaged parts due to shipping damages ( All of our shipping comes with carrier shipping insurance) or manufacture defected items ( All of our items also comes with Manufacture defects warranty) can be replaced with replacement parts or compensation to resolve the issue .
