Returns / Exchange / Refunds

Dear United States Customers:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered, it is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return for full refunds, your item must be in Brand New Condition (Which means item is never used / never opened ,without any damages ,without any missing components, with original packaging).There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) , due to any returned items that are not brand new , in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
We go to great lengths to ensure that the item we ship is undamaged and functional. As we have replacement parts for most items, certain damaged pieces due to shipping damages ( Most of our shipping comes with shipping insurance) or manufacture defects ( All of our products also come with Manufacture defects warranty) will be replaced with replacement parts as first option. If replacement parts do not resolve the issue, a return for refunds ,exchanges or discounts compensation will be used to resolve the issue.
Please do not send your purchase back to our warehouse without Authorization and RMA Number from our RMA Department RMA@truck2go.co . Non-Authorized returns will be rejected and customer is liable for reshipment. All email will be replied within 24 hours.
Items that are not eligible for returns
- Items that are not in Brand New Condition , which means (Which means item is used / opened ,damages done by customers , missing components, without original packaging.)
- Items out of the manufacturer's warranty and has past 30 days return period .
- Items without original packaging.
- Items that are modified, painted, custom fitted, drilled and damaged due to improper installation.
- OPENBOX item (Final sales item).
Fitments issue
Even thought some of our parts can be DIY " Do it yourself" installation but we highly recommend professional installation , as some parts do required professional adjustment for the installation. If you have fitment issue, please contact us before initiating a return or exchange so we can determine the best solution to your problem.
Return for refunds / Return for exchanges (If Applicable)
Return for refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and status of your returned item. Your refund for the product will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a standard 5-14 business days.
If you need to do an exchange ,please contact us at RMA@Truck2go.co. All email will be replied within 24hours.
Return for exchanges:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and status of your returned item. Your exchange item will be ship out within 1-3 business days.
Restocking Fee / Shipping Cost
Restocking fees are charged for any items return for exchange that are not the result of error on our part ,mistakes and unauthorized by our company. We go to great lengths to assure that the item we ship is undamaged and functional .
We DO NOT offer free return shipping or provide return shipping labels unless it is under these circumstances:
- Manufacture defects on product.
- Damages led by shipping carrier on the original delivery.
Restocking fees are generally used to deal with the handling costs incurred with your return. Restocking fees are 15% of the original product retail price (before any promotional codes / discounts are applied) For products that are offered FREE Shipping will be charged 20% Restocking fee instead of 15%. Customer is liable for all return shipping cost. It is also customer's responsibility to repackage all parts with care for all returns. Restocking fees will be deducted from your refund. Additional charges will apply to customer on top of restocking fee if returned item is severely damaged and missing hardware. Truck2go will provide all photos of the damaged returns to customers as a record. We highly recommend customer to purchase shipping insurance on the return packaging to protect yourself from shipping damages.
Original paid shipping cost by customer will not be refunded to the customer in any given reason, unless defected product , damaged product and wrong product was shipped to customer. For all exchanges needed due to customer's reason, shipping cost will be bill to customer prior shipping out the item by our company.
Shipping Damages
All items that are shipped are in new and unused condition, unless is specified as Openbox (Purchases from our outlet collection). Most of the items you will purchase from us will be shipped using USPS Priority, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. If a package is delivered to you in damaged condition, you have the option of refusing delivery of a package with obvious damage. If you accept delivery from UPS or FedEx and find it is damaged, please contact us immediately at Info@Truck2go.co
Please save and send us photos of the original packaging , and damage location of the product which it will be use to inspect by the shipping company. Please DO NOT install your order if you receive it damaged or allow it to be installed, as we may not be able to replace damaged orders that have been installed on your vehicle.
Please contact us when you need assistance in resolving a damage claim. We want this to be as painless as possible. These situations do happen and we are experienced in resolving damage claims.
Wrong item was shipped or Missing parts of your shipment
Please contact us at Info@truck2go.co immediately regarding any mistakes on your order. We will go over the situation with you and will find the simplest, fastest way to resolve your concerns.
Open Box items (Purchases from our Outlet Collection)
Our open box items are products without original manufacture sealed packaging. Either from our approved customer exchanges or returns in original condition, or products in distressed box or packaging in our own inventory . These products are like brand new but we are not knee to sell these as brand new to our customers. All Purchases of Open Box items are finals, there will be no exchange , no return , no refunds.
Our open box products are guarantee proper working order , certify to be free of defects, with all included parts and hardware and FULL WARRANTY covered by us.
Promotional items
Promotional items are not eligible for any returns , exchanges and refunds for credit in any giving reason. All sales are final .
