Due to the specialized nature of our custom and made-to-order products, Truck2go cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items. As these products are sourced or manufactured specifically for you, it is your responsibility to verify all specifications before placing your order. All special-order sales are final.
For In-Stock Items:
We only offer 24-hours cancellation time frame for in-stock items (Regardless if tracking numbers are inputted) as our system automatically processes these orders for immediate shipment.

Any refused / reversed , undeliverable shipments by customers , PO Box and failed delivery attempts (3 Times) by shipping carriers will not be granted a refund for original paid shipping cost (Even if the item is free shipping or discounted rates) under any circumstances.
Any returns/reverse shipment by freight company due to customer's reason of refused delivery or undeliverable delivery, customer is liable for a 20% restocking fee and comply to all terms from our return policy . NO EXCEPTION.
It is customers' responsibility to keep track of their merchandise delivery status. Returned / Reversed shipments will be held until the customer pays an additional fee for the package to be re-shipped charged by UPS / Fedex / USPS / Third Party Freight Forwarding Company.
If you request an address change after your order has been processed, we will do our best to work with the carrier to re-route your package(s). If successfully re-routed there will be an address change fee of $100 plus any additional shipping charges by carrier (customer responsibility).
All items that are shipped are in new and unused condition. Most of the items you will purchase from us will be shipped using USPS Priority, USPS Ground , UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. If packages or items are delivered to you in damaged condition, DO NOT REFUSE DELIVERY , immediately provide photos or evidence of the “severe” and contact us at Info@Truck2go.co
Please save and send us photos and videos of the original packaging , and damage location of the product which it will be use to inspect by the shipping company. Please DO NOT install your order if you receive it damaged or allow it to be installed, as we may not be able to replace damaged orders that have been installed on your vehicle.
Please contact us when you need assistance in resolving a damage claim. We want this to be as painless as possible. These situations do happen and we are experienced in resolving damage claims.
If you receive an incorrect item, please email Info@truck2go.co within 5 business days of delivery. Include photos of both the incorrect part and the manufacturer's packaging showing the part number.
Before installation, it is your responsibility to verify that the part is correct for your vehicle. Please note that we do not reimburse any third-party costs, including installation, preparation, painting, or other installation-related expenses.
Please contact us at Info@truck2go.co immediately regarding any mistakes on your order. We will go over the situation with you and will find the simplest, fastest way to resolve your concerns.
We offer variation of solution for product damages upon receiving the products. Options such as partial refund to keep as is (if damages are minor and customer is accepting a partial refund) , provide replacement parts (If damages are minor) , and complete exchange of replacement (If damages are severe).
Please do contact Info@truck2go.co with your order number / purchaser's name / photo of the original packaging / photos of the issue or video to illustrate the issue (we prefer video, as our RMA can fully understand your situation) and we can provide you with the best solution.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your purchased has a current address and other correct contact information to ensure proper delivery. Truck2go is not responsible for any packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
Missing packages that show delivered must be reported to Truck2go within 24 hours. If the package shows delivered, and you did not receive it Truck2go will request a police report be filed immediately. Submit a copy of the police report to Info@truck2go.co and we will open an investigation with the shipping company.
