WARRANTY & LIABILITY POLICY

TRUCK2GO operates solely as an intermediary for manufacturer warranties, providing no additional coverage beyond what each manufacturer offers. All Products on TRUCK2GO website comes with minimal 1-Year Limited Life Time Warranty, which covers only manufacturer defects.  These warranties are exclusively available to the original retail purchaser (Based on each product listing information) and become void upon sale or transfer of the product. 

All warranty terms, durations, and coverage specifics are determined by the individual manufacturers, with TRUCK2GO and its suppliers retaining final authority on warranty eligibility decisions. To maintain warranty coverage, products must be installed precisely according to manufacturer specifications; any deviation, customization, or modification automatically voids the warranty. The warranty explicitly excludes coverage for defects arising from normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues like rust or scratches, accidents, illegal vehicle operation, racing or competition use, and any modifications or repairs not authorized by the manufacturer.

Furthermore, the warranty does not cover problems resulting from circumstances beyond TRUCK2GO's control, including but not limited to customer misuse, negligence, overloading, improper maintenance, or failure to follow the manufacturer's written installation instructions and guidelines. Customers should note that their sole recourse for warranty claims lies within the terms of the manufacturer's warranty policy.

TRUCK2GO serves as an authorized distributor of automotive products and maintains a strict warranty policy that aligns exclusively with manufacturers' warranty terms. When customers purchase products through TRUCK2GO.CO, they receive only the original manufacturer's warranty protection, with no supplementary coverage or extended guarantees provided by TRUCK2GO itself.

These warranties are non-transferable and remain valid only for the original retail purchaser; any subsequent sale or transfer of the product immediately terminates the warranty coverage. The specific terms, conditions, duration, and scope of coverage vary significantly among different manufacturers, and TRUCK2GO, along with its suppliers, maintains absolute discretion in determining warranty eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

 Product installation must strictly adhere to the manufacturer's recommended fitment and installation procedures; any deviation from these guidelines, including unauthorized modifications, customizations, or alterations to the product's original design, functionality, or intended use, results in immediate warranty invalidation.

The warranty explicitly excludes coverage for an extensive range of issues, including but not limited to: defects caused by normal wear and tear, cosmetic deterioration such as rust or surface scratches, damage from accidents or unlawful vehicle operation, any use in racing or competitive events, and unauthorized modifications or repairs. Additionally, the warranty provides no protection against defects stemming from circumstances beyond TRUCK2GO control, encompassing scenarios such as customer misuse, negligence, excessive load applications, inadequate maintenance, or failure to properly assemble, mount, or utilize the product in accordance with the manufacturer's detailed written instructions and guidelines.

In the event of a warranty claim, customers must understand that their exclusive remedies are limited to those specifically outlined in the original manufacturer's warranty documentation, with TRUCK2GO serving solely as a facilitator in the warranty process rather than a warranty provider.
