Dear Hawaiian , Alaskan and Puerto Rican Customers:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered, it is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return for Refunds
To be eligible for a Return For Refund, your item must be in Brand New condition,(Which means package was never opened and returned with original packaging ). There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted on Return For Refunds (if applicable) , due to any returned items that are not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. It is customer's responsibility to ship and pay for the return shipping if return was not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a standard 5-14 business days. Original Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items that are not eligible for Return For Refunds
If you need assistance on Return For Refunds ,please contact us at RMA@Truck2go.co for a RMA number and authorization by our company. All email will be replied within 24hours. Please DO NOT send us back the item without a written authorization by our company, as returned package will be refused.
Return for Exchanges
If packages has been opened or installed , only Return For Exchanges will be granted. It is customer's responsibility to ship and pay for the return shipping if return was not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. It is customer's responsibility to pay for the re-shipping cost ( Non-discounted rate charges by freight forwarding company).

Shipping Damages
We go to great lengths to ensure that the item we ship is undamaged and functional. As we have replacement parts for most items, certain damaged pieces due to shipping damages will be replaced with replacement parts as first option. If replacement parts do not resolve the issue, a return for exchanges or compensation will be used to resolve the issue.
All items that are shipped are in new and unused condition, unless is specified as Openbox (Purchases from our outlet collection). Most of the items you will purchase from us will be shipped by a third party freight forwarding company. If a package is delivered to you in damaged condition, please contact us immediately at Info@Truck2go.co
Please save and send us photos of the original packaging , and damage location of the product which it will be use to inspect by the shipping / freight forwarding company. Please DO NOT install your order if you receive it damaged or allow it to be installed, as we may not be able to replace damaged orders that have been installed on your vehicle.
Please contact us when you need assistance in resolving a damage claim. We want this to be as painless as possible. These situations do happen and we are experienced in resolving damage claims.
Fitments issue
Even thought some of our parts can be DIY installation but we highly recommend professional installation. If you have fitment issue, please contact us before initiating refunds or exchanges so we can determine the best solution to your problem.
Restocking Fee
Restocking fees are charged for any items returned that are not the result of error on our part ,mistakes and unauthorized by our company. We go to great lengths to assure that the item we ship is undamaged and functional .
We DO NOT offer return shipping label unless these circumstances:
Restocking fees are applied to both Return For Refunds and Return For Exchanges. Restocking fees are generally used to deal with the handling costs incurred with your return. Restocking fees are 20% of the original product retail price (before any promotional codes / discounts are applied). It is customer's responsibility to repackage all parts with care for all returns. Restocking fees will be deducted from your refunds or billed with a new invoices for the exchanges. Additional charges will apply to customer on top of restocking fee if returned item is severely damaged and missing hardware. Truck2go will provide all photos of the damaged returns to customers as a record. We highly recommend customer to purchase shipping insurance on the return packaging to protect yourself from shipping damages.
Wrong item was shipped or Missing parts of your shipment
Please contact us at Info@truck2go.co immediately regarding any mistakes on your order. We will go over the situation with you and will find the simplest, fastest way to resolve your concerns.
