This is a good product. I love how well it pairs with the bed cover. Both bike racks did not come with instructions but had a warning to read the instructions carefully before using. I did a web search and did not find an installation video on this product like the bed cover had. I’m sure if I would have took the time to contact you, you would have sent me one . Your service is great! The bikes are easy to mount on the rack and I really liked the set up when towing my camper because I can see the bikes rather than them being hidden when mounted on the back of the camper. However, on my maiden voyage one of the locking fasteners broke and does not hold the bike in place. (The plastic mechanism inside the lock is cracked)Fortunately I saw the bike leaning over and was able to pull over before too long. The other rack is doing fine with no issues but I kind of lost my confidence in it since the other lock failed. It was probably just a manufacturer’s defect. As of now I have a strap around both locking mechanisms to ensure they don't pop open and a tie down strap securing the locking tire frame against the bike tire. It’s very secure that way. All in all I love the product but if I could do it all over again I spend the money on a rack that felt a little more sturdy. I’m still a fan of you all as you have a great selection of products at a great price!!
