Installation / Operation

• Center the kayak rack on top of the vehicle crossbar. Assemble the bolts, bracket, flat washers, and locknuts.
• Turn the two adjustable locking handles to lift and rotate rack to appropriate position and lock it.
• Load the kayak on the J-bar, route the strap around the top of racks. Pull and route both the buckle end to tighten the kayak.
