I purchased the Pro retractable for my 2024 Tundra. After a lot of research, I bought the Truck2go Pro retractable as it had great reviews, had better reviews for keeping water out. Also it was about 400.00 cheaper than the other brands. I had several calls to Adam at Truck2go and he was also helpful. It shipped quickly. I received it with no issues. It was packed very well. I watched the install videos several times. Installation was straightforward and everything fit well. I installed it by myself, with no issues. The cover slides easily. You can push it back or walk it back one handed. I love that it has two locks and the cover can be locked in any position. I drove through several car washes and I drove 900 miles, through several storms. No water leaks.
If I had another truck, I would buy another Pro retractable.

At first I had ordered the wrong cover, after a few day I was able to reach someone and correction was made, but I still have not received an amended receipt. Please help.
I’m pleased with the fit and finish of the cover, just a little frustrated while installing, the directions are a little miss leading, but after watching YouTube videos it makes it easier. The cover functions and performs as advertised while looking great. So far very pleased with this purchase.

Its supposed to be water proof but its not. I took my truck to car wash and noticed everything in the bed of my truck got wet. The installation instruction is the WORST! you should provide a more clear/better installation instruction for such a high price tag cover. To be honest, I am not satisfied!

Love the cover, no vinyl or canvas to fade or crack, all aluminum. You can lock it in any position unlike any other retractable top I found. Been through car wash twice and two rain storms, one in the driveway and one on the highway. No leaks!
I had a couple questions and they were answered promptly, great company. Definitely recommend.
P.S. 2024 tundra sr5 4x4 crew cab, instructions say you can’t use the factory tie downs after top is installed but you can, just take the bolt out of the tie down and slip it into the track where you want it and reassemble it.

Instructions are fairly easy to follow and all the hardware was there nothing missing. It helps if you watch the video as well on the site how to install .

I like this new retractable cover more then folding which i have before on my 8' bed very heavy not practical when you need open all the way the cover weights maybe 80 Lb which is not comfortable open when you standing on the side between cars and if somebody smaller person definitely you have to be inside bed to open also. Retractable its very light you just push with one hand slides smooth. Also this truck to go cover quality is very good.

Easy install, paid the extra for the Toyota brackets. Looks fantastic and now have some security for my truck bed. Quality construction. After I installed it, it rained for a whole week. I had a pool of water on top of it, opened the tailgate to see if it was leaking… the bed was completely dry!! Awesome product, friendly customer service! Email response was always by the next day and called them during their office hours, I think the best time to call would be before 2pm or 4pm. They’re out in SoCal LA area where i actually live, but have been working in Oakland and had it sent up here. I received it within a few days of ordering. Ultimately time will tell, but it’s definitely passed the test this last week of full on rain here in NorCal.

I really love this product and it looks good on my Tacoma. The only issue is the shipping cost. When I ordered it, the shipping cost is only $5 so I said wow. But I got an email saying that their system made an error and they want $200 for the shipping and they don’t want to honor their mistake. Come to find out that it’s made by SyneticUSA and you can order it direct from them and they give you 10% discount and free shipping. So I ordered another one for my Maverick.

I ordered both a tonneau cover and a ladder rack so I could add kayak carriers above the truck bed. Everything was fairly easy to install. I am enjoying the products, but I have one small complaint. The snap close covers that cover the two locking mechanisms for the tonneau cover are not constructed very well. The small plastic pins that hold them on have already broken on one of the covers within a week. I suspect the other one won't last very long either. My suggestion would be that these should be constructed with something stiffer than the plastic used. Can you send me a replacement for these?

Tonneau fits well and looks good. Came well packed in its box and all parts or packaging were marked to aid in install. It took me a couple of hours to install. Overall, I like the tonneau cover. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5, is that I had to use some ingenuity and successfully connected the 1” drain tube provided down to two successfully smaller tube sizes. So I ended up with about a 1/2” tube at the bottom to run thru the front bed drain holes. I still needed to drill out the drain holes in my new truck bed to get this smaller tube thru, but better than drilling 1” holes in each corner. I was able to run the provided rear two 1” drain tubes in the gap between the tailgate & the bed. Wish the drain tubes provided were smaller or necked down to a smaller size to make install easier. Tonneau keeps bed dry except it allows some water to trickle in along the tailgate. Will try to move tonneau cover back a bit and see if that fixes the problem.
